Redwood Valley Cellars is Lake County’s closest option for efficient, full service custom crush on a larger scale. We can accommodate lot sizes from one to three truckloads and will get your trucks turned around in a timely manner. Once your fruit is here, our team will run a full analysis and work with you to make the wine to your specifications, or according to our established protocol. Our prices include everything needed to produce dry wine suitable for the bulk market or your programs.
If you require additional services such as oak treatments or micro-oxygenation, we can provide those as well and we can arrange for bottling with our business partners. Our winemaking team has many years of experience with Lake County fruit and can guide you through the winemaking process. We are in regular contact with all brokers, and our service includes helping you navigate the bulk market to ensure the best possible return. We are a certified organic handler, and all transactions and additions are tracked using established software so there are no compliance headaches.
