For supporting businesses, the Affiliate Program provides terrific benefits, including exposure to winegrape growers and the broader wine community in Lake County. There are several sponsorship options to choose from with choices that will fit any budget.


Sponsorship contribution goes to support our grower and worker education programs.

Lake County is a historic wine region experiencing increased notoriety as a premier winegrape producer and wine destination with more than 165 growers dedicated to producing a world-class product. Similarly, with over 30 wineries, Lake County’s reputation as a top quality wine producer is continues to grow. Lake County wines are winning awards and its winegrapes are in high demand. The area itself continues to receive accolades as a premier wine region within California’s famed North Coast. It is an ideal moment for your business to benefit from this thrilling time in Lake County through excellent exposure to current and potential customers, the wine industry and the broader wine-loving public.

In addition, Lake County’s aggressive marketing campaign, “Lake County Rising,” includes a well-trafficked website, widely distributed internal and external e-newsletters, social media campaigns, regular press releases to trade and consumer publications, frequent industry events and much more. We offer tremendous opportunities for you to get in front of your target audience. There are numerous ways for your business to show its support and enhance your brand image to a desirable market.

All levels of affiliate sponsorship provide terrific exposure for you and your brand:

WEATHER SPONSOR: $5,000 per year

  1. Company logo included on the Lake County Winegrape Commission’s web site as a major sponsor, as well as on the opening page of the daily weather forecasting section.
  2. Company included in the weather forecasts emailed daily to all Lake County winegrape growers.
  3. An announcement “Brought to you by Sponsor” (or an announcement of their choice) on the daily voice recording. This service is not only made available to winegrape growers but to all other growers of Lake County agricultural products as well.
  4. Logo inserted in the grower email newsletter that is sent out monthly.
  5. Three articles per year (provided by the sponsor) emailed to all Lake Country growers, the local community and the media.
  6. Inclusion in Winegrape Commission events and activities where appropriate.
  7. To maximize the benefits, only two businesses are accepted to participate. (Currently American Ag Credit)

WORKSHOP SPONSOR: $1,000 per year

  1. Listing on Winegrape Commission site with link to their site.
  2. Logo inserted in the grower email newsletter that is sent out monthly.
  3. Two feature articles (provided by the sponsor) emailed to all Lake Country growers, the local community and the media.
  4. Inclusion in Winegrape Commission events and activities where appropriate.

PREMIER SPONSOR: $500 per year

  1. Listing on Winegrape Commission site with link to their site.
  2. Logo inserted in the grower email newsletter that is sent out monthly.
  3. A feature article (provided by the sponsor) emailed to all Lake Country growers, the local community and the media.
  4. Inclusion in Winegrape Commission events and activities where appropriate.

SPONSOR: $250 per year

  1. Listing on Winegrape Commission site with link to their site.
  2. Logo inserted in the grower email newsletter that is sent out monthly.

All sponsors must be reasonably related to the winegrape/wine industry and cannot be political in nature.
