The Ranch can provide state-of-the-art equipment to handle the range of winemaking processes from crush to bottle for both small and large clients, according to General Manager Bob McCaffrey. “This year, we expanded our processing and fermentation capability for both premium and large lot clients, and we’ve grown our bulk storage capacity and in-tank treatment capability for lot sizes from 25,000 to 100,000 gallons.”
Located in St. Helena, California, The Ranch Winery has staff, equipment and facilities to help produce wine from the high quality grapes of Lake County and take the projects from grape to bottle.
“We look forward to connecting with the growers of Lake County,” said Raymond Willmers, director of business development. “I’d personally like to invite any of them interested in learning more about our services and capabilities to come in for a tour of our facility. All our operations are housed here on the property, and there’s no other facility on the North Coast that offers the breadth of services that we can. Given our close proximity to Lake County, we’d like to work with more growers in the area.”
“At The Ranch, we have one mission: to balance our facilities with a high level of customer service, and winemaking experience. We help our partners produce excellent results,” said McCaffrey.
